L'attività svolta in Manpower è stata per me molto formativa poichè mi ha permesso si mettere in pratica quanto appreso durante la laurea triennale e di conoscere il mondo delle HR.

Fue corto el tiempo que estuve en este puesto, debido a que ya me encontraba en el fin de un ciclo de 8 años dentro de Manpower Group y llegó a mí una oportunidad nueva que no me permitió quedarme mucho tiempo más. Sin embargo, fue relevante en profesionalizar mi expertise en temas de reclutamiento masivo, en puestos de diferentes perfiles e industrias.

En – Leggi tutto esta experiencia tuve contacto directo con clientes y usuarios de clientes para dar seguimiento al avance de reclutamiento comprometido. Tuve a mi cargo 15 personas directas y más de 30 indirectas.

This used to be a great company with a great product. Unfortunately, years of management turnover made for a less than desirable company to be at. Product is not what it was.

The company as a whole is great. Just depends on the branch. They offer alot of information, but it is information overload.

Manpower is a great place to work and gain experience. Unlike other temp agencies they offer benefits and are very professional in placing you in new and exciting places.

It was quite a challenge time working for Manpower in Vietnam.

a typical day was getting in in the morning ,setting up my machine to work ,working according to the day's Company specs and then cleaning up and going home . I learned how Car doors are built . Hard est part of this job was all the mechanical breakdowns . The most enjoyable part was going home with a sense of Pride from a job well done .

The Manpower Group is an excellent company but they were not committed to Healthcare staffing of clinical associates, which is my specialty and the reason they hired me. This is the only reason I left the company.

I am just concerned with the inability to grow and advance with the Manpower Group. I love the team that I work with and Manpower is a great company to work for, however at this point in my career, I am seeking a position that allows growth in an organization that better matches my skills and experience.

Corresponding with various clients/companies in need of workers, then screening and interviewing potential candidates trying to find the best person for the position. Performing background checks, drug screening, as well as checking references. Other responsibilities would include data entry, various clerical duties.

Manpower Group was not a great experience for me. I worked in a warehouse stacking boxes for three months. During that time I came to find that i was (expecting) all along. I brought it to their attention and the ignored me. As a result I quit on the spot under some unfortunate circumstances.
