Stage valido per imparare, ma pressanti ed esigenti, invadenti e presuntuosi. Tante promesse che secondo me a breve non verranno mantenute, visto che guardando gli altri stagisti della filiale hanno solo mesi di stage alle spalle senza ottenere nulla, pensano troppo che noi laureati siamo scemi.

Heb daar een jaar lang voor hen gewerkt. Vulde altijd de gaatjes op wanneer ze niemand anders meer konden vinden, zo ook mijn laatste werkdag. Dat was een nachtdienst waar ik me niet op had voorbereid en ook niet voor had geslapen maar alsnog kwam ik voor Adecco. Hierna 3 weken lang niks gehoord en zelf 28 keer moeten bellen en 30 appjes moeten sturen om dan ineens te horen te krijgen dat je ontslagen bent. Terwijl dit al wel aan je collega’s is verteld. Niks geen vergoeding excuses of wat dan ook ze laten je gewoon keihard vallen. Na rond bellen er ook nog achter gekomen dat ze mn arbeidscontract nog helemaal niet op stop hebben gezet maar mij wel vertellen dat ik zogenaamd op staande voet zou zijn ontslagen. En 3 weken zonder inkomen of nieuw werk zitten, en de maand daardoor niet rond kunnen komen. Wacht nog steeds op een reactie van ze op mijn klacht mail. Altijd met plezier gewerkt maar hoe ze mij eruit hebben gegooid kan gewoon echt niet. Vind het erg jammer dat dit zo moet lopen.

They can get rid of you whenever they want without valid reasons. Or even just change your contract and give you no work at all. Unreliable. If they don’t really like you, they’ll find a way to screw you over. You don’t even need to be a bad person or cause issues.

You're properly trained and the work is fairly simple, but the hours feel extremely long because there's always almost nothing to do so you have to constantly act like you're busy.
