fast paste working environment running scheduled service and managing 140+ driver 7 days a week 364 days a year. interacting with the public and business like the university of surrey.

typical day was between 12/13 hrs not taking into account the getting to work and then home again.typical day was sign in for 7.00am then stay until 8.00pm and its hard to keep focused on driving for so long.management only noticed you when they wanted to cane you.co workers were on the whole good to work with,they did try to pull things round.the hardest part were the long shifts
