Azienda seria e ben strutturata. Mi ha dato la possibilità di crescere molto professionalmente.
Attività pratica ma sostanzialmente molto omologata. Ti consente di vivere bene, con i benefit del caso, ma difficoltà di fare carriera e di crescita professionale.
Possibilità di valutare il cliente, effettuare una trattativa e trovare ad hoc soluzioni in base al suo tipo di lavoro ed alle sue necessità .

Communication from the top down has been improving and the company has been focusing and stressing the importance of quality with its Power of the Conversation campaign. Team leads have been really engaged in making my and my co-workers day easier.

I got up at 8.00 o' clock a.m. to commute to work. I sat at my desk waiting for the customers and I answered the calls. Then I dedicated to the customers with the classical financials transactions(borrowinh, bank account, etc...). Than I had lunch with my workmates and I started again at 2.30 p.m. At 6.30 p.m. my working hour was over. During this experience I got interesting banking concepts.
