My typical day was full of Supplier management, through conference calls, meetings, drafting contracts, monitoring of projects or issuing purchase orders.
I was constantly working with other departments, as we had a shared target. This lead me to build strong relations with my colleagues and, with some of them, I am sincerely friend with.
It was very interesting to me the focus on trainings and continuous improvement that helped us in achieving our goals better than we could before; not only, those courses helped in establishing contact between people who used not to work together.
The hardest part of working in an multinational environment was to know all the standard procedures and communication, but after some days it was perfectly clear.
It is a very fast-paced context, which I am now used to, and I hope to have the chance to use my experience in another exciting company.
Flexible working hours, personal notebook, free canteen.
