Il lavoro del corriere è un lavoro perennemente sotto stress, i coordinatori non sono coordinati tra di loro , spesso ricevi anche 10 telefonate al giorno dove ti chiedono la stessa cosa perché non si parlano, inoltre non sono preparati e non conoscono le zone dove mandano i corrieri. La delegata è sempre arrabbiata e pretenziosa manda messaggi fino a sera tardi con scritto che il giorno dopo bisogna fare di più, urla e offende anche per le cose più semplici, come ad esempio chiedere un giorno di permesso. Tutti viaggiano a 8 ore al giorno il corriere sono 9 ore al giorno, bisognerebbe fare la pausa ma se stai ai ritmi che vorrebbero non la fai mai, e per farla bisogna arrivare al litigio. Non danno mai le ferie continuano a rifiutarle arrivando ad avere anche 600 ore di accumulo. In azienda ci sono continui ricatti e continui dispetti, se stai a casa una settimana in malattia ti mandano in posti che non conosci e soprattutto distanti 60/70km dalla filiale, provocando ansie e malumori.Inoltre non è mai capitato che la busta paga fosse corretta, bisogna sempre farla controllare dai sindacati e spesso dimenticano gli straordinari. Spesso infatti sono presenti scioperi e malattie.I colleghi sono simpatici, ma se sì manifesta qualche atteggiamento negativo di qualcuno (esempio: colleghi maschi che vogliono mettere le mani addosso alle donne o che gli dicono che devono tacere perché le donne valgono meno) non vengono puniti nemmeno dal capo filiale. Impossibile crescere all’interno dell’azienda in quanto preferiscono assumere come coordinatori personale che non ha mai lavorato -

Si lavora bene più o meno in ogni reparto, ambiente giovanile e molto umano. stipendi adeguati, straordinari pagati, mensa aziendale, smart working, flessibilità oraria.

Nice place

In DHL Milan I had flexible schedules. Colleagues, old but overall nice and supportive. I had also a good relation with my seniors.

Stipendio Buono, nella norma. Orari dal lunedi al venerdi, alcune volte il sabato.contro : Molto distante da casa. Ecco se non hai la macchina o un mezzo di trasporto che ti può portare è abbastanza lontano.

Uno dei peggiori ambienti lavorativi

Ho lavorato per 3 mesi alla DHL di Corteolona: pessimo ambiente lavorativo, il mio responsabile nonché capo filiale mi ha trattato male dal primo giorno (nonostante fosse stato lui a volermi), i colleghi maleducati e non era possibile neanche fare quattro chiacchiere con qualcuno.Non c'è mai stato un giorno che sono andato via dall'ufficio alle 17:00, ti obbligano a fare straordinari e ti chiedono anche di andare a lavorare di sabato; l'unica nota positiva è che lo straordinario almeno lo pagano bene.Alla scadenza del contratto ho rifiutato il rinnovo, se fossi rimasto probabilmente in questo momento sarei da uno psichiatra...

Ambiente di lavoro peggiorato con il passaggio alla sede di Malpensa

Non mi piace la politica DHL che non assume direttamente i driver e li discrimina rispetto alle sue risorse dirette.Unico caso insieme al Portogallo dove questo accade. La ditta che da anni ha l'appalto per i driver ha tutto l'interesse a sostituire gli autisti attuali con altri sotto forma di interinali.

Ambiente frenetico

Tutto sommato non male,e un lavoro. Ne ho visti molti di peggiori.Essendo corriere stai sempre a 2000 però non serve neanche dirlo perché si sa la frenesia di questo lavoro tra traffico e consegne e stress.pero non male e un lavoro come gli altri e mi sono trovato bene,peccato i contratti brevi che assumono per coprire picchi di lavoro festivi o rimpiazzare personale in ferie.
