I used to love working for Eaton, I made some good friends there. and had a feeling of pride to work for them,,,,
Nowadays they are cutting the times it takes to do particular jobs even tho the people that have been doing the job for years say the times are incorrect...
This leads to people rushing there work and occasionally making mistakes, that's not good when the parts go into aircraft,, and also makes the workers feel there doing something wrong...again not good...The management need to listen to there staff and take note..
If you can put up with that,,, and the lack of job security,,
then you may like it there...
Make good friends and gain experience in manufacture
Lack of job security, times they expect work done in are not feasible
