They will expect you to work alot of hours. I got too burnt out and not able to see my family. I bid for a first shift job twice and was never promoted when it was earned.

Mit den Kollegen kommt man meistens sehr gut aus. Klar, das es auch Ausnahmen gibt, aber mit fast allen kann man reden und von Ihnen auch Hilfe erwarten. Lieblinge der Chefs gibt es auch hier und man bekommt sehr schnell mit, wer das ist und das man bei ihnen vorsichtig mit den Äußerungen sein muss. Bei der Geschäftsführung ist immer wieder Vorsicht geboten, da sie zu gern die Mitarbeiten und besonders die mit wenig Berufserfahrung fertig machen und runter ziehen und seltenster auch beleidigen.

Good place to work. Friendly coworkers.

Not a bad place to work. The coworkers were good to work with. The facility was always kept clean and the machinery was well maintained. A machinery repair staff was always available.

long hrs zero appreciation

hated the job the poeple were worse but pay was great long days 10hrs plus per day constant welding from buzzer to buzzer fewest breaks allowed by law seniority and performance meaning nothing attendance and ability to suck but hokds weight

This was a good first welding job.they hired me straight out of welding school. Learned alot from the guys I worked with in a short amount of time. Only down fall is no work means lay offs

Make the employees have more hours.

Providing transportation and also having more hours. Even they will not provide the transportation, let them add mileage to the salary considering the stress of going to one home to the other.

good boss and nice people. lots of nice jobs in good areas. has lots of tools and equipment. allows work on weekends if you want extra money. gives you a company shirt to keep.

AG mit Potenzial

Die Arbeit und der Zusammenhalt unter den Kollegen war sehr gut. Leider mangelt es in den Führungsebenen an Kompetenz und die sozialen Aspekte werden nicht genügend geschätzt. Leider wird sehr an alten Einstellungen festgehalten und eine Optimierung der Arbeitsläufe ist kaum möglich. Desweiteren hat man nur gute Chancen auf einen Aufstieg, wenn man mit den richtigen Personen befreundet ist.
