IBM is collapsing...surely in Italy
IBM in Italy is at the end of the story. In my opinion there will be just some employees to manage the communication with Italian customers, as long as they are willing to give their money to IBM.
There is a continuous hemorrhage of human and economic resources, and we have to absorb more and more responsibilities and workload.
Internal procedures and processes complicated, unreasonable, stressful and extremely slow. Definitely not adequate to the customer's expectations.
IBM contributes to make very difficult the delivery of the agreed services with customers, sometime simply impossible and we have to make several economic concessions to customers. A real disaster!
Last but surely not least, the economic compensation: discouraging and mortifying; that's it!
Stay away from IBM....can't wait for leaving it
