Learning alongside longtime industry masters, I enjoyed a lot of leeway to create and refine my designs that I was tasked to do. Office culture was cooperative, encouraging and collaborative, and definitely uniquely Italian. Relaxed, but focused.
Everybody I worked beside was top in their respective specializations, and were very gracious and most of all, fun to spend time learning beside.
They took extremely good care for me for my time there, and their work/life balance was so perfectly tuned. Main issue was that I had to learn a new to me 3D rendering program (Catia) quickly because they didn't use Solidworks in the office. Not a huge deal. No real gripes other than wanting to stay longer and learn more.
Tasty lunches provided, not terribly stressful, gorgeous location, on site auto museum, unbelievable production capacity
located outside of Turin proper in Moncalieri
