Was easy relaxed environment to be on their bank and lots of shifts available if you wanted them, had no problems working for them, i enjoy the relaxed way to book and take shifts on the app

a randstad é uma empresa que sem dúvida garante logo emprego (mesmo a quem não tem qualquer experiência, o que foi o meu caso) e que serve para ganhar uns trocos em último recurso. no entanto, é uma empresa muito pouco ética e justa com os seus colaboradores. referem no inicio que somos pessoas e não números e ao teu primeiro único mau dia estão-te a mandar a carta de rescisão por email. por ser uma empresa de trabalho temporário, estão constantemente a rodar pessoal para fazer formações e acabando o período experimental dos trabalhadores de 30 dias, descartam-nos – sendo bons ou maus a cumprir os objetivos, para pagarem o mínimo que puderem (nem as comissões a que tinha direito me pagaram e o meu rácio estava acima do que era esperado). rescindiram o contrato comigo, mesmo cumprindo com os objetivos. não recomendo ninguém a trabalhar nesta empresa a não ser que não se importe de servir de cobaia durante 1 mês e ser descartado.

Flexibility to work as I need

Randstad have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of shifts to choose from. I like the flexibility this gives me in my work choices as I don't always want to work everyday or someday's need a short shift.

j'ai été contacté suite à ma candidature à un poste pouvant me convenir: 1 heure d'entretien téléphonique pour confirmer mon intérêt et prendre en compte d'autres éléments me convenants parfaitement. Pensant que mes compétences et mon intérêt pour le poste serait présentés, j'ai durant 2 semaines essayer de suivre ma candiature en envoyant plusieurs mails à la personne qui m'avait contacté: ils sont restés lettre morte.J'ai alors essayer de contacter l'entreprise: lettre morte.je suis donc convaincu que cette société n'a aucun respect pour les personnes, juste le potentiel gain financier qu'ils peuvent se faire sur le dos de personnes cherchant du travail.je n'attendais qu'un retour sur ma candidature: la plus élémentaire des éducations s'appelle la politesse, mais visiblement cette entreprise n'a pas cela dans sa politique.donc si vous n'avez besoin de rien, compter sur eux, même le mépris dont ils font preuve est flagrant... mais bon l'éducation la plus élémentaire n'a visiblement pas été donné à tout le mondetrès déçu par ce comportement qui ont les espoirs des gens qu'ils contactent mais qu'ils méprisent par dessus tout.je n'attendais qu'un retour sur le suivi: retenu ou pas, c'est tout car je sais que leur boulot s'arrêtent à envoyer des CV à leurs clients moyennant finance... je ne sais pas combien vous gagner, mais c'est beaucoup trop pour rémunérer du personnel incompétent et sans éducation.je sais que c'est une perte de temps, mais au cas où...

Expérience relative selon les agences avec lesquelles j'ai travaillé. Tout dépend des personnes qui s'y trouvent : - certaines sont à l'écoute et vont vous proposer des missions en fonction de vos compétences et de vos évolutions, notamment suite à formation ;- d'autres ne prendrons pas de risques malgré votre sérieux et vos bons retours, donc ils vous proposerons toujours le même genre de missions.Enfin certaines prennent les intérimaires comme une sous-catégorie de travailleurs à disposition pour remplir leurs objectifs et pensent pouvoir vous parler comme bon leur semble.
