Stryker is a GREAT company with fantastic products. Europe has suffered a Dramatic reorganization that has shocked Employees, customers and competitors. As conseguence of this, great people are not still there, sales dropped down, Margin has been shared with dealers and employees left are not engaged.
I Think that with a clear strategy (declared and executed), empowering the organization, Stryker EMEA could overcome the actual situation re-gaining Market share.
