Promoting knives made in Italy requires to be customers’ driven. My current responsibilities are quite broad. They involve managing and implementing marketing actions, liaising with suppliers and organising the logistics, meeting with potential clients at fairs and prospecting both by email and by phone trying to highlight how my value proposition can fulfill one’s needs and at a profit for the company. The goal I pursue is to build long-term relationships with clients in which both parties will get a positive outcome. In this regards understanding and learning market specificities and clients’ behaviours is essential.
