We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with expertise in Securities Services (Middle Office, Back Office).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT solution design supporting Securities Services (Middle Office, Back Office).
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions for post-trade securities processing while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Lead and manage end-to-end (E2E) digital services and products, ensuring successful delivery that meets stakeholder expectations, with a particular focus on multi-year, cross-country projects for the securities and investment department
- Strategically address and resolve complex technical and non-technical challenges, leveraging expertise in cross-country project coordination and execution
Foster a collaborative and harmonious team environment, ensuring alignment across diverse regions and stakeholders to drive productivity and achieve the objectives of multi-year initiatives
- 10+ years experience in securities and investment business
- Experience in leading analyzing and designing software solutions
- Technical architecture/lead experience
- Able to translate User Requirements into technical/functional specifications.
- Able to support the coordination of delivery activities
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
University degree
