PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER - FANO

Saipem is looking for a Project Control Manager, who will be responsible for planning, cost control, documentation management and risk management for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project in the Oil&Gas and/or plant engineering sector. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in complex projects and should be able to work effectively both in Home-Office based in Fano and on site in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of a team of 4-6 Project Control resources.
• Development and management of project schedule, including definition of activities, critical paths, project milestones and required resources.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, including estimating at completion, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Management of project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and availability.
• Supporting the identification, assessment and management of project risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans and preparation of project progress reports and presentation to key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B1/B2 or above

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Previous experience of at least 5 years in Project Control in EPC projects in the Oil&Gas and/or plant engineering sector.

IT SKILLS: Knowledge of Project Control software (Primavera P6, SAP).

SOFT SKILLS: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

NICE TO HAVE: Previous experience in Italian construction sites.

LOCATION: Fano (PU), Italy - Availability for transfers is required

Retribuzione: €27.345,12 - €61.062,46 all'anno
