About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Logistic, Transport & Order Manager to join our team in Caivano (NA). By taking on this role, you will become part of our company Fresystem and you will report directly to the Commercial Director. Your objective will be to manage the outbound national and international logistics and documentation flows.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Logistic & Order Manager, you will coordinate all logistics flows, from picking up the pallet from stock to delivery to the customer.

You will coordinate with the planning department to communicate future product availability and any stock shortages for strategic customers.

You will manage all deliveries to customer and follow up until successful delivery. You should always find the best distribution solutions in the market and try to maximize the level of service keeping costs down.

Your goal will be to evaluate new potential partners by considering their contractual terms, the service offered, the relevant geographical area, and the competitiveness of their pricing plan.

You will be responsible for preparing the annual budget for your area of expertise, managing the costs related to the flows from the warehouse exit, ensuring the documentation flow and its archiving.

Additionally, you will analyze the suppliers’ KPIs quarterly and you will organize regular meetings to discuss them.

Finally, you will work closely with internal teams such as Planning and Sales to manage daily customer inquiries and/or reports and to ensure product availability for our consumers.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your master’s degree background in Engineering, Economics, or related, together with your solid professional experience in a similar role and your advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Your true interest for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your fluency in both Italian and English and your good communication skills.
