"We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and project management. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Lead the conceptualization and design phases of architectural projects, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to construction completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and construction professionals, to integrate various aspects into cohesive and successful project outcomes.
• Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address feedback, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, incorporating these into design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• State licensure or eligibility to become a licensed architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus.
