BWA Yachting is the world's leading Maritime Service Agency, providing global concierge and maritime services to the super yacht industry. Serving over 370 ports and marinas, with more than 40 offices in 30 countries, BWA Yachting aims to expand its team of IT specialists to meet the increasing demand.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT specialist with a focus on networking and server administration.

The main duties will include:

• Direct management of our IT infrastructure including ESXi and Azure systems, backups, and security.
• Direct management of our email services (Exchange Online).
• Network troubleshooting (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, etc.).
• Monitoring and maintaining performance through constant analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
• Upgrading our IT capabilities by proposing hardware and software solutions within the allocated budget and through vendor selection and management.
• Developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Keeping the documentation of the IT infrastructure updated.

Mandatory skills and qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating and managing IT resources.
• Knowledge of the Windows environment.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Knowledge of networking (security systems, VPN, VLANS, etc.),
• Knowledge of backup solutions, Disaster Recovery solutions, and HA systems.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven.
• Precision and accuracy.
• Interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, and leadership.
• Flexibility.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with technology innovation, curiosity, and the ability to learn independently and quickly.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of ESXi OS.
• Knowledge of the MS Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Linux and Mac OS environments.
