Job Title: Customer Support & Digital Marketing Assistant (French Market)

Job Description:
The candidate will provide customer support while assisting the Marketing Manager. They will be responsible for digital marketing, new clients onboarding, identification & anti-money laundering (KYC) procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone and email;
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager;
- Managing social media accounts.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with proficiency in English and/or Italian;
- Strong digital marketing skills and knowledge of AI tools;
- At least one year experience in a web marketing agency or customer support role in the digital goods or fintech industry;
- Passion for the financial industry;
- Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and retail clients;
- Preferred but not mandatory: Knowledge of CRM software, graphic design tools, digital marketing platforms and German language.
