FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, with a particular focus on the wind and photovoltaic sectors.

The Group’s activities and core competencies encompass all phases of design, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis, evaluation, and the approval process.

To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for an engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the management and maintenance of hydroelectric plants or renewable energy plants.

The selected candidate will report to the area manager. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Degree in civil/environmental/energy/industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering
• Knowledge of hydroelectric technology and related plant equipment;
• Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office Suite, AutoCAD, etc.);
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in the technical area;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Precision and passion for work;
• Autonomy and a practical approach to problem-solving;
• Flexibility and motivation to carry out assigned tasks.

Main responsibilities include:

• Operational management of hydroelectric assets;
• Management of routine and extraordinary maintenance of hydroelectric plants;
• Preparation of intervention reports, expert opinions, and estimates;
• Development and oversight of maintenance projects;
• Performing calculations, simulations, and basic preliminary analyses;
• Support for administrative and commercial management in O&M activities.

This position is also open to candidates from protected categories under Law 68/99.

The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
