To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented HSE Specialist to join the Health, Safety & Environment Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Bologna Interporto (Bentivoglio, Italy)
Reporting into: HSE Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)
Workplace Type: Hybrid
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
  • Collaborate to identify risk factors, perform risk assessments, identify safety measures for the workplace.
  • Collaborate to keep safety and environmental documentation up to date and carry out the relevant registration.
  • Manage the planning of training on health, safety and the environment for workers and supervisors according to current legislation.
  • Collaborate in emergency management.
  • Manage the planning of health surveillance planning according to current legislation.
  • Carry out verification of the possession of technical-professional suitability requirements of contractors.
The type of person we are looking for:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills and team working.
