Assistant Brand Manager Voltaren – Internship
About the role
La risorsa svolgerà lo stage all’interno in un contesto aziendale di respiro internazionale, e avrà l’opportunità di collaborare, supportata dal Senior Brand Manager di riferimento, principalmente su:
  • Attività di monitoraggio del mercato e brand kpi’s.
  • Supporto nell’innovation process.
  • Partecipazione allo sviluppo delle campagne di comunicazione (nuovi spot pubblicitari TV e digital activation campaign).
  • Monitoraggio A&P (advertising&promotion spending).
  • Supporto nello sviluppo di attività commerciali in collaborazione con il dipartimento Trade Marketing (canale farmacia).
  • Sviluppo degli artwork.
I progetti specifici che la risorsa seguirà saranno individuati con il Senior Brand manager di riferimento.
La risorsa avrà quindi la possibilità di seguire progetti gradualmente più complessi ed in maggiore autonomia, acquisendo competenze fondamentali per il lavoro di marketeer tra cui:
  • Project management: gestione di progetti con team interfunzionali e timing con milestones e deadline chiare.
  • Business acumen: sviluppo di capacità di interpretazione dei dati legati al contesto di mercato, alla performance dell’azienda e dei competitor, con conoscenza approfondita delle variabili determinanti e interconnessioni input/output.
  • Realizzazione di campagne di comunicazione e a punto vendita: conoscenza approfondita del processo di briefing e debriefing per implementare i materiali di comunicazione del brand.
  • Innovazione: conoscenza del processo interfunzionale di innovazione inclusa la realizzazione di AW e coordinamento interfunzionale.
  • Teamwork: essere parte di un team con la consapevolezza del proprio ruolo
Requirements
  • Neolaureato/a o laureando/a in discipline economico-finanziarie o marketing.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point.
  • Completano il profilo spiccate doti analitiche, disponibilità ad apprendere e mettersi in gioco, comprovate capacità comunicative e relazionali, insieme a una buona dose di curiosità.
