Italdesign is looking for a positive minded, driven and self-motivated by passion for cars, flexible and hard-working person, who would be part of the Electric and Electronics department, joining the new office in Naples.

Responsibilities

• Project budget, time and quality management;
• Teams leading and organization;
• Coordination with customers and suppliers;
• Escalation point from and to the customer and suppliers;
• Interface with customers on project management;
• Coordination with other departments/teams;
• Generating technical and project reports and various presentation material to communicate issues, achievements, and technical information for project evaluations and information sharing across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Key requirements

• At least 5/10 years of experience in Automotive E/E domain;
• Know-how on requirements, functional specifications management;
• Knowledge of vehicle development lifecycle;
• Knowledge of SW development process;
• Knowledge and Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge in the area test execution-management;
• Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions;
• Ability of working under pressure;
• Ability to define and communicate priorities;
• Target oriented attitude;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• High level of autonomy;
• Eligible to work full-time in Italy.

Preferential requirements

• Previous experience with Requirements management tools, Atlassian suite (specifically Jira), MS Project or equivalent tool;
• Knowledge in conflict management;
• Innovative thinking attitude;
• Time-management approach.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrics, Human-Computer and Human-machine Interaction or related fields).

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Italian and basic German would be appreciated (with willingness to improve).
