Join us as a Event Production Intern in our exclusive Mentorship Program! This competitive, 3-month internship offers five positions in each city on our 2025 fashion week tour, providing an immersive introduction to the world of fashion event production.

As a mentee, you’ll receive hands-on training, working with a team of professionals to plan, coordinate, and promote fashion shows. This program is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn, even if they don’t have prior experience in fashion or events. The top-performing mentee in each city will be promoted to a paid role within our core production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination Support: Assist with all aspects of planning and executing fashion events, from venue setup to team management.
• Marketing & Promotion: Participate in social media management and content creation to promote the event.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Coordinate with designers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and organization.
• Guest Experience Management: Help manage guest relations, from seating to registration and general inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, learning the ins and outs of working with models, stylists, and other industry professionals.

Ideal Candidate

No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate is:

• Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines in a busy environment.
• A Strong Communicator: Clear, professional, and positive in written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working remotely and able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to details to ensure a smooth, polished production process.
