The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have a previous experience in accounts payable, with proven skills in accounting. The position requires an organized, efficient and goal-oriented individual with communication skills and analytical skills. The candidate will be placed within the finance department reporting reporting to the Head of Finance Operation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Management of the AP cycle, in compliance with suppliers’ payment deadlines and priorities set by management
  • Management of the Agents’ invoices and all administrative and fiscal issues
  • Support the various company department in the correct feeding of Purchase Request in the dedicated application
  • Support and monitor of the GFS team for AP topics
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting
  • Perform second-level controls on outsourced activities
Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP, plus if Agents’ invoices
  • Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Advanced computer skills, (MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
