Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Service Workers, Dishwashers, Janitors, and Cleaning Staff (Class – I) to support day-to-day operations within a dining facility in Bavaria, Germany. These essential roles ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support of food service areas under the direction of DFAC supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces
• Wash dishes, cookware, and food preparation tools
• Maintain floor cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in compliance with local standards
• Restock and clean restrooms and handwashing areas
• Assist with food deliveries and proper storage of supplies
• Support light food preparation (e.g., washing fruits and vegetables)
• Set up and break down dining/serving lines before and after meal service
• Help during food service periods as needed
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and ensure safe usage and storage
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Report equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors
• Perform additional duties as directed by DFAC leadership

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and repetitive tasks
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced kitchen or dining environments
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Ability to pass required medical screenings (TB MED 530)
