Come imparerai e crescerai

Come membro del team Logistica, riportando direttamente al Global Head of Warehouse and Distribution, ti occuperai di:

• Collaborare con il team per definire la strategia di trasporto nell’area di competenza, in coordinamento con gli stakeholder pertinenti.
• Facilitare l’allineamento necessario tra il team e i fornitori esterni.
• Mappare i fornitori e semplificare l'approccio alla gestione del portafoglio (prevedendo rischi, gestendo e pianificando gli aspetti finanziari).
• Gestire correttamente le fatture e registrarne i dati nei nostri sistemi.
• Proporre e sviluppare azioni di miglioramento continuo nei processi, governance e strumenti.
• Cercare soluzioni per rendere il lavoro più efficiente tramite digital tools e automazione.
• Garantire la correttezza delle informazioni nei sistemi, per monitorare la posizione dei prodotti e individuare eventuali ritardi o problemi.
• Prendere l’iniziativa per allertare gli stakeholder in caso di informazioni errate o mancanti che incidano sulla consegna dei prodotti.
• Supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi metodi di lavoro e reporting per identificare opportunità di efficienza.

Cosa apporterai al team

• Laurea in ingegneria gestionale.
• Precedente esperienza in ambito supply chain considerata un plus.
• Capacità analitiche, organizzazione e approccio strutturato.
• Competenze avanzate con MS Office.
• Desiderio di operare in un ambiente dinamico, focalizzato sul problem-solving.
• Spirito di squadra, ottime capacità di gestione progetti e grande energia.
• Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione, su diversi progetti e con priorità multiple.
• Creatività, proattività, alta motivazione e orientamento agli obiettivi.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.

How You Will Learn And Grow

As part of the Logistics team reporting directly to the Global Head of Warehouse and Distribution, you will:

• Support the team to define transport strategy for the area of responsibility in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the necessary alignment between the team and the external providers.
• Map our providers and simplify our portfolio management approach (anticipate risks, financial management and planning).
• Manage invoices correctly and record it in our systems.
• Proposes and develop continuous improvement actions (in terms of process, governance and tools).
• Keep looking for ways to make our work more efficient by using more digital tools and automating what we can.
• Make sure all the information in our systems is right so that we can see where our products are and understand why there are any delays or issues.
• Take lead to alert stakeholders when there's incorrect or missing information that affects product delivery.
• Support the development of new ways of working and report to discover efficiencies opportunities.

What You’ll Add To The Team

• You have a degree in management engineering,
• Previous experience in supply chain will be considered a plus.
• You are analytical, structured and organized.
• MS Office skills.
• You are eager to operate in a fast moving and problem-solving environment.
• You are a high energy person, with a teamworking approach & excellent project management skills.
• You can work under pressure and on different projects, prioritizing tasks.
• You are creative, pro-active, highly motivated, and goal-oriented person.
• You are fluent in Italian and English.
