The QHSE department is integral to our organization’s commitment to upholding robust quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, grounded in globally recognized management systems.
In alignment with ISO 19443, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, the QHSE team continuously works to improve our integrated management systems (IMS), ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity for candidates to deepen their understanding of these frameworks, supporting the team in the consistent implementation and auditing of our IMS.

Job Description
The intern will collaborate with QHSE professionals to actively participate in maintaining, assessing, and improving our HSE management systems.
The intern will gain exposure to the structure and application of management systems that drive continuous improvement and compliance across the organization. By understanding the ISO frameworks, the intern will learn how these standards are applied practically to ensure quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Work Plan
a) Analyse non-conformities and support CAPA processes to reinforce management system improvements.
b) Collect and analyse data for HSE performance metrics, using insights to identify trends and suggest optimization strategies
c) Assist in internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks for each management system.
d) Support the preparation and updating of HSE management documentation, such as procedures, policies, and operational controls.
e) Provide support to engineering functions for the management of the technical standards library.
f) Participate in training sessions related to safety, quality, and environmental practices to help communicate management system requirements to various departments.
