Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a

Airports SOperations & Customer Experience Assistant | Aeroporto di Milano Malpensa (MXP)

WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Italy Airports & Customer Experience Coordinator and you will take care of the following activities:

• WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT:

when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.

• PASSENGERS AND CREWS CARE:

using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.

Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.

WORKING HOURS

The job is organized in three shifts per day, all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/handlers that may require our help at any time.

• You have excellent verbal and communications skills
• You are empathetic and a very good listener
• Your Italian and English languages knowledge is at a very good working level
• Your MS Office skills are good

The knowledge of Italian, Spanish Asian and /or Arabic languages is a nice to have, as a former work experience in Aviation/Transport/Tourism Industry environment is highly preferred.
