Easytrip Transport Services is part of the 360 PAY Group. We are a leading company in mobility services for the international road transport sector. Our expertise includes a broad spectrum of services, like toll and parking payments, ferry and train bookings, VAT and Excise claims, telematics, representation for foreign truck drivers and fuel cards.

With offices in many countries and around 500 dedicated colleagues we created a service oriented European network.

You will be working in a dynamic working environment in which you will be part of a diverse and international team of colleagues.

Job description

We are going to enforce our Operations team in Italy, Cesena, with a Polish speaker resource. You will share the office with several experienced colleagues, in a multi-cultural and international context, as a Back Office Operations. You will report directly to the Operations Manager, you'll have a special focus on Polish market, and your responsibility will mainly consist in:

▬ Track orders and compliance from customers within agreed timing

▬ Support Front Office

▬ Ensure good cooperation between Front Office and Back Office team and all the departments of the company

▬ Activate/Deactivate contract at provider side

▬ Activate/Deactivate network

▬ Register a new vehicles and store vehicle documentation

▬ Change License Plate Number

▬ Order new device/card

▬ Manage device/card replacement, block, return

▬ Ship and monitor OBU and card shipment

▬ Entry Data

▬ Processing of OBU complains and register the status

▬ Timely reply to request from providers or Product Managers

▬ Technical report on request to providers (complaints)

▬ Taking part to rebates campaign

Profile:

▬ 2 years’ relevant experience

▬ Multi-tasking skills

▬ Ability to work with different systems and applications

▬ Ability to work in high stress environment

▬ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

▬ English language skills, verbal and written

▬ Polish language skills will be a plus

▬ Pragmatic and solution-oriented

▬ Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

▬ Attention to details

▬ Structured and organized
