Fly to Lisbon: Your Next Customer Service Challenge (French Market)

Our client, a global leader in the high-end home appliance sector, is looking for French-speaking talent like you to join their dynamic customer service team. Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high-quality, courteous, and personalized customer reception, in accordance with our high standards and key performance indicators.
  • Provide consumers with the most relevant information and appropriate solutions to their requests, strictly adhering to established procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, proposing solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

Your profile:

  • Fluent in French (C2 speaker level or equivalent): Clear and fluid communication is essential.
  • Good level of English (B2 minimum): To interact with international teams.
  • Customer service experience (an asset): You have already demonstrated your ability to handle customer requests effectively and with empathy.
  • Interest in the retail and/or home appliance sector: Knowledge of our products or our industry would be a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills: You know how to build trust with your contacts.
  • Team spirit and dynamism: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
