Your responsibilities:
- Ensure a high-quality, courteous, and personalized customer reception, in accordance with our high standards and key performance indicators.
- Provide consumers with the most relevant information and appropriate solutions to their requests, strictly adhering to established procedures.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, proposing solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.
Your profile:
- Fluent in French (C2 speaker level or equivalent): Clear and fluid communication is essential.
- Good level of English (B2 minimum): To interact with international teams.
- Customer service experience (an asset): You have already demonstrated your ability to handle customer requests effectively and with empathy.
- Interest in the retail and/or home appliance sector: Knowledge of our products or our industry would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills: You know how to build trust with your contacts.
- Team spirit and dynamism: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
