• Analyze eNVM design and technology evaluating corner cases and robustness
• Generate test sequences and automatic testing machine patterns (e.g.: v93000 Advantest) for test program, validation and characterization
• Provide data analysis of test program to support quality delivered, test cost and yield
• Develop firmware for testing by translating concepts into firmware algorithms
• Be a firewall for embedded NVM testing concepts increasing the quality of deliverables
• Improve automation on development workflow to mitigate project complexity
  

• A Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics , or equivalent field
• At least one year of experience as a Test Engineer would be preferred
• Experience in embedded programming (C language)
• Knowledge of scripting tools , such as Perl, Python, etc.
• Automatic test equipment experience (e.g.: v93000 Advantest) as a plus
• Knowledge of NVM architecture and technology is a plus
• Experience in data analysis and data crunching is a plus
• A proactive and flexible working style
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
