About Caffè Gilli

Opened in 1733, Caffè Gilli is probably Florence's most authentic venues with a wonderful selection of pastries, fine dining and cocktails.

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bartender with at least 3 years experience to join our team!

Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities will include supporting the smooth running of the Bar dept., working as part of a team that guarantees guests satisfaction and comfort, taking responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role. Always delivering a positive and timely response to our guests enquiries

What are we Looking for?

Our ideal candidate should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
