Twinset is looking for the Store Manager for its store in Udine.
The position will report to the Area Retail Manager.

Great communicator and leader, she/he will manage the store and the team with enthusiasm, autonomy, proactivity and great kindness.
Key activities:
Sales & Operations Management
- Booster the sales activity to reach the company targets, through an accurate and acute management of retail KPIs;
- Guarantee the correct implementation of the guidelines in order to meet the store goals;
- Build a strong customer relationship according to CRM recommendations;
- Monitor the respect of all the procedures defined by the HQ in terms of operations, administration, visual merchandising, stock management, and merchandising.
Team Management
- Ensure the correct floor organization and planning maintaining the productivity and company quality standards;
- Coach and train the team to achieve goals and improve their skills;
- Manage the recruitment and the on boarding of new staff.
Success Profile:
- At least 5 years retail experience in managerial roles in fashion;
- Deep knowledge of main retail KPIs;
- Strong Team management and leadership skills;
- Talented in communication;
- Results driven mindset;
- Visual Merchandising sensitivity;
- Fluent in English.
