My client is Europe's largest provider of airline independent MRO services. Active for 50 years, they offer services in more than 50 stations in 16 different countries and work on more than 70 different types of airplanes for more than 240 airlines. They are looking for:

Role: HR Project and Communication Specialist
Location: Malpensa (VA)
Contract: depends on the experience

Directly reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be working with the HR Teams in all Countries, and you will be active on projects linked to Employer Branding, Engagement & Development and Employee Experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives, ensuring that they are executed on time and meet organizational objectives.

Resonsabilities:

• Develop and implement project plans for HR initiatives
• Create and manage communication strategies to engage employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project progress
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements in collaboration with Marketing and Communication Department
• Monitor project timelines to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in HR project management or a similar role (minimum of 2 to 3 year experience preferably in a international/multinational Company)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as creativity and innovation
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
