Posizione:

Vehicle Diagnostic and Industrialization Specialist

Workplace: Italy - Cassino

Positions required: 4 open positions

Contract: Full time indeterminato


Job description:

In the context of passenger car vehicle industrialization phase, MICLA is looking for engineers who will have the role of Vehicle Diagnostic and Industrialization Specialist, performing troubleshooting on both process and vehicles, supporting EE parts acceptance at customer plant, technical facts management activities. Technical perimeter will include all electrical and electronic systems and components being part of latest/state of the art vehicle architectures.


More in detail, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the following system level activities:


  • Vehicle conformity verification check;
  • Vehicle SW configuration check;
  • Vehicle electrical non-compliance check;
  • Vehicle modernization/SW upgrade when needed;
  • Vehicle operability check and EE troubleshooting resolution;
  • Vehicle diagnostic check, reproduce issue, root cause analysis;
  • Leading breakdown analysis and data/log acquisition;
  • Vehicle technical data management and tracking;
  • Engineering support for issue resolution;
  • Temporary or permanent counter - measurements proposition;
  • Corrective actions check and validation;
  • To support the factory rework and investigation team;
  • Project status and activities reporting.


Additionally, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities at component level:


  • Guarantee parts industrializations: conformity, mountability, configuration, defects analysis…;
  • To support components & parts qualification process - PPAP approval;
  • component derogation management
  • initial sample approval process
  • mountability check
  • interactions with parts suppliers and design team to for corrective actions
  • component derogation management
  • quality results convergence
  • incoming inspection procedure
  • investigation procedure
  • Contribute to configuration file robustness with industrialization advice for application in assembly line;
  • End of line benches validation support;
  • Analyse and write technical facts (issues) for product and factory;
  • Lesson Learnt.


Requisiti:

Technical requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering.
  • Knowledge in automotive EE architecture and components.
  • Knowledge in automotive vehicle functions.
  • Communication and networking – CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet.
  • UDS Diagnostics – Unified Diagnostic Services according to ISO 14429.
  • Vehicle features / System requirements / EE components.
  • Diagnostic tester tools: DIAGALYZER, CDA, DIANALYZER.
  • CAN analyzer tools (Vector toolchain).
  • Schematics / wiring harness diagrams.

Language skills: English
and Italian languages are mandatory.

  • Supplier management experience.
  • Driving license.
  • Passport.
