Independent, dynamic, hands on and service/customer-oriented employee wanted for a fast-growing Exciting Green Tech Company.

We are searching for a talented employee to accompany our steep growth path, which is contributing to the green transition.

Are you interested to help manage environmentally friendly energy solutions for industrial companies? And do you have previous experience within logistics and or Customer Service? If so you may be the ideal candidate we are looking for. You are offered an exciting job in an industry where no two days are the same. We are a rapidly growing dynamic international company within the green tech circular economy industry. We are searching for an experienced and structured logistics / customer Service operational employee for one of our subsidiary offices based in Rome. Together with our current Italian team you will contribute to securing efficient and timely deliveries throughout Europe.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring operational and administrative compliance with the execution of contracts for selected key Accounts

· Coordination of all operational activities for the seamless execution of contracts with selected key Accounts

· Help in the development of the necessary procedures and coordination in the execution of contracts for selected key Accounts

· Provide the necessary documentation and reports for the execution of contracts for selected key Accounts

· Provide all the necessary documentation for any required work progress reports (SAL)

· Coordinate and participate (if required) to internal or external work progress meetings (SAL)

· Coordinate and provide timely documentation / information to internal and external stakeholders to enable the correct administration and invoicing for selected Key Accounts

· Ensure coordination for rapid resolution of issues impacting the correct execution of all administrative processes and work progress reports to ensure shortest achievable payment terms are met for selected Key accounts

· Participation in continuous process optimization

· Other various ad hoc tasks and assistance to the Operations Director in Italy and the Italian Team

About you

You have experience in logistics, customer service and administration within operations. You are smart and collaborative but thrive with own initiative and feel responsible for your own tasks. You feel a sense of urgency to take initiatives in resolving issues. You are analytical and have a good eye for detail and are motivated by working in a structured, organized and systematic manner with your tasks. You are fluent in both Italian and English, both written and spoken and possibly a third language. Proficient and experienced user of the Office package including Excel. You are flexible and remain calm and composed in critical situations. You are prepared , if required, to travel and spend some time away from home.

Base salary €1.793 Net /month
