Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for a skilled Management Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and consolidating economic-financial reports for internal use by Finance and Administration, Top Management, and external stakeholders such as the IOC and Board Members. This role is crucial in providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Management Reporting : Implement and maintain periodic management reporting processes, including Actuals and Budget (BDGT) variance analysis provided by Function Controllers.
  • Budget Consolidation : Consolidate economic forecasts from Function Planners into a comprehensive budget template.
  • Financial Statements : Prepare a full set of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet, for executive management reporting in coordination with the Administration and Treasury teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
  • Strong skills in financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to top management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including Function Controllers, Planners, Administration, and Treasury.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
