About the Role

As a ICT Application Specialist - Order to Cash, you will work at our headquarters in Bologna. The position is part of the Global IT Coesia Competence Center, a worldwide team organized by Business Processes.

Main activities and responsibilities

• Work closely with business referents to prioritize goals, needs and helps to implement the most efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions.
• Business requirements analysis for change requests chartering, prioritization and business case preparation, by collaborating with Key Users, leveraging on the support and guidance of Coesia Global Business Analysts.
• System effectiveness and performance (KPIs monitoring) for the assigned business processes, by taking care not only about user support, but also by proactively proposing up-to-date solutions.
• Proximity User support, acting as IT Business Partner
• Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution; investigating each time the Outsourcer needs help for troubleshooting.
• SAP SD Knowledge is recommended
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle software solutions, with a particular focus on Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer 4.0.3.16, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder, with specific Knowledge on Sales & Distribution Scenario.

In order to accomplish these activities, you will cooperate with both internal and external resources, under the IT Global Business Analyst supervision, in resolving incidents, implementing change requests and leading small to mid-sized projects.

What You Need to Be Successful

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering as well as a documented Oracle experience (If possible, with Oracle Certification).

• 4-7 years of experience on Order to Cash processes and IT systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with individuals of diverse skills and organizational levels.
• Good experience (3-5 years) in Oracle application development, with specific skills in Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer 4.0.3.16, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder.
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience on SAP Sales & Distribution
• Experience with Price List Management and Calculation
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions.

As the ideal candidate, you are highly organized, a self-starter and well-structured. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential in this role.
