About La Serena Hotel: La Serena Hotel is a newly opened boutique hotel located in the picturesque town of Forte Dei Marmi. Known for our commitment to exceptional service and a unique guest experience, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a high energy friendly and efficient Waitress/Waiter to help provide an excellent guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, flexible environment and eager to grow within our hotel and potentially at other locations. Clientele are international and well travelled

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and inviting at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Process order and deliver food and beverages.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Italian.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
• Flexibility in work schedule and tasks.

Pay: €1,800.00 - €2,000.00 per month
