House of Nine Sales Executive

Job description

The House of Nine Sales Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with Travel Agents and clients for both Hotel and Land & Sea luxury cruising. This includes implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and representing the hotel in a professional manner to promote services and facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new business opportunities for corporate clients and events.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

- Engage in proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and client visits.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Lead and manage Hotel site inspections

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and packages.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention.

- Manage together with the DOS the Affiliation duties .

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Less than one year experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong negotiation and networking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Solid understanding of hotel operations and services.

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
