As part of the Supply Chain Department, Logistic and Transport Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Plan the daily activities based on capacity of 3PL
  • Daily cooperation with E-Commerce and Purchasing teams in Sephora HQ
  • Manage relationship with the logistic operator and to couriers
  • Update a dashboard for e-commerce activities follow up and share it on a weekly bases
  • Manage GWP (gifts and testers) related to inbound activities
  • Face eventual abnormalities and issues
  • Measure performances on service level
  • Put in place and monitor an efficient return process
  • Ensure alignment between physical stock and availability on the web site
  • Monitor IT flows

Who we are looking for:

  • Almost 1/2 years of experience in warehouse/logistic
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Fluent level of English is mandatory
  • E-Commerce expertise is a plus
