The Project Manager – Interiors in Motion will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the various company projects; He/She will have the task to coordinate the various internal department with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, times and agreed quality.
The position reports to the Program Management Manager of Poltrona Frau's Interiors in Motion Business Unit.

Main activities
Project Manager activities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate the product development team as assigned project manager
• Plan all product development activities and monitor their progress until all established objectives are achieved
• Act as interface and contact person towards the Customer for the relevant project until a suitable period after the production launch of the product
• Carry out definitive technical-production feasibility analyzes on new products
• Identify, in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office, new potential suppliers of materials
• Start pilot orders of these materials until the product/supplier is qualified
• Manage technical changes to the project agreed with the client and coordinates all related activities
• Provide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports after the start of series production
• Plan activities relating to transfers of production sites and monitor their progress
• Supervise the creation of the prototype at the Modeling Shop
• Plan, request and monitor the results of all necessary laboratory tests on the new product (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification)
• Prepare cost estimates for new products aimed at formulating offers

• Master Degree in Engineering
• Strong experience in a similar role in structured and international companies
• Fluent English
• Origin from the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1)
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP is appreciated
