Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Retail High Street for our Agency & Capital Markets division in Milano, Italy. This pivotal leadership role will drive our retail real estate strategies, focusing on high-value high street properties across Italy.

• Lead and develop the retail high street team, setting strategic direction and performance goals
• Oversee agency operations for prime retail locations, managing relationships with landlords and tenants
• Drive capital market activities, including investment sales and acquisitions of high street retail assets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including international retail brands and investors
• Analyze market trends and provide expert insights to inform business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities and drive growth
• Represent the company at industry events and in negotiations with high-profile clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the Italian real estate market

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail real estate, with a focus on high street properties in Italy
• Extensive experience in both agency operations and capital markets within the real estate sector
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strategic and visionary approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian retail market and its key players
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Professional real estate certifications (e.g., RICS) are highly desirable
• Experience working with international retail brands and investors
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Strong network within the Italian and European retail real estate community
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
