We’re looking for a Service Dispatcher Intern to join our Customer satisfaction Team in Milano.

As Service Dispatcher you will support our Customer service team with resolition of technical complaints and improve our customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
  • Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
  • Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
  • Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
  • Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing

Your qualifications

  • Technical diploma or ITS (Istituto Tecnico Superiore)
  • Minimal experience in technical or commercial field are appreciated
  • Teamwork player and goods communication skills
  • Passion and curiosity towards technological evolutions with attitude to customer contact
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and italian
