YOUR DAILY JOB

• Reviewing Client's technical documentation and requirements;
• Controlling subcontracted discipline engineering documents;
• Defining engineering requirements;
• Designing and preparing technical documentation for control and electrical panels/JB, performing technical evaluations of supplier’s offers;
• Optimizing electrical and instrument cable ways and routing ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performances;
• Reading and understanding of P&ID's, electrical and control wiring diagrams, instrument electrical hook-up;
• Preparing HW I/O List;
• Providing remote and on-site technical support during construction and commissioning for set and start up plant of instruments and electrical equipment’s in close cooperation with process Engineers.

YOUR PROFILE

• BS or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent (Electric / Electronic)
• Knowledge of international standards in O&G industry i.e. EN, ISO, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ATEX etc.
• Knowledge of electric and electronics diagrams,
• Knowledge of process instruments connections (electrical, pneumatic),
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software as mandatory requirement
• Relevant experience in construction/modernisation of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects
• At least 2 years of experience in specific discipline
• Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size
• Experience working on the Contractor or Vendor side.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND COMMENTS

• Knowledge and experience in the Water Treatment sector is an advantage.
• Availability for short duration worldwide travels (1 to 2 wks)
