BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional projects and overseeing the execution of key brand activities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, well-organized professional with a solid understanding of supplier management, production processes, and end-to-end project coordination.

In this role, you will:

• Own and manage supplier selection and relationships across key brand activities
• Manage and maintain the brand's physical Material Library
• Lead end-to-end management of Delighting and Packaging projects
• Take full ownership of Brand Guidelines across all retail formats (RTM, WHS, OUTLET)
• Coordinate briefs and development of in-store tools, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead holistic project management for all in-store materials, from concept to delivery, including supplier coordination
• Ensure alignment with internal teams and external partners, maintaining a high standard of execution across all touchpoints

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in brand or retail environments
• Familiarity with purchasing and invoicing processes
• Strong experience in paper, packaging, and materials production, including supplier negotiation and coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities across multiple functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with graphic and design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
• Italian Mothertongue and Fluent English (both spoken and written)
