Our Client is an international, entrepreneurial and managerialized, Company operating in the industrial applications for the Food and Beverage sector, with several offices and production sites both in the local national territory and abroad (EMEA, North America and APAC) and HQ in Italy.

Posizione:

In order to strengthen their F&A central Department for a newly acquired Unit, they’re searching for a Finance, Controlling & Accounting Manager who, reporting to the BU General Manager and the Group CFO, will have the following responsibilties:

• Manage the local F&A team with the full responsibility for the related tasks for the Unit;
• Strenghten both the controlling activities and reporting package for the Unit, harmonizing processes and tools as upon required by the Group;
• Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders and shareholders, driving financial planning processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and short, mid, long-range planning;
• Treasury, banks, financial and cash policies management;
• Prepare, supported by external auditors and other advisors, periodical reports and all the needed information for annual financial statements;
• Manage relations with all the investors and shareholders as required by the role;
• Travelling abroad (expecially in the U.S.A.) for business integration reasons.

Requisiti:

• At least 6/7 years of experience, in similar roles for industrial Companies operating in international markets, preferably in export for industrial contracts / projects;
• Degree or Master Degree in Finance or Economics;
• Proven experience in people and task management, within modern working environments;
• ITA-GAAP, IAS / IFRS and US-GAAP knowledge;
• Fluency both in Italian and in English languages, written and spoken;
• A proved knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX, combined with a strong competence on modern and digital analytical tools for the F&A Department (Business Intelligence, Treasury tools and so on…) will be considered a relevant plus;
• Target-oriented, precise, focused.
