Offers refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

What will you do :
-Provides the tourist with full and high- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
  • Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the Customs authorities.
-Maintains the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey. -Communicates with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.
  • Undertakes any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.

Who you are :

-3- 5 years working experience in a comparable position (finance industry)
  • Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
-Ability to work in customer- facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, team player and hands on mentality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Chinese, Russian are mostly welcomed.
