Shape the Future of Energy with Us
Are you passionate about engineering solutions that drive sustainable energy innovation? As a Lead Electrical Plant Integration Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing low-to-zero caron power plants and driving plant electrification, contributing to projects that redefine the energy landscape.
Partner with the best
As Lead Electrical Plant Integration Engineer within the Energy Management and Electrical Plant Integration CoE organization, you will be leading electrical engineering activities of highly challenging projects like liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants, combined-cycle power plants, hybrid power plants (combining renewables and energy storage with conventional gas-fired generation), process or turbomachinery modular solutions, carbon-capture plants, and more under development.
As a Lead Electrical Plant Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Design and size electrical systems, including LV/MV/HV equipment, transformers and electrical protection systems.
- Conduct power system studies (e.g., load flow, short-circuit analysis, transient stability, harmonics, and arc-flash studies).
- Prepare technical specifications and oversee vendors to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Support project management and represent the company in customer and supplier meetings.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you’ll bring:
- Curiosity and a growth mindset
- A master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in industrial or power plant electrical design.
- Expertise in power systems studies (preferably ETAP software).
- Knowledge of international codes (IEC/US standards).
- Proficiency in English and Italian, and an EU passport
You’ll stand out if you also have:
- Experience in power generation applications, especially combined-cycle plants.
- Knowledge of renewable energy applications (e.g., solar/PV/wind) and MW-scale battery storage.
- Expertise in power/energy management systems.
